Booking several events with the season planner

The season planner lists every game or event on your team's schedule, so you can pick a hotel for each one and book them one at a time. Each game you book is its own booking, with its own confirmation and cancellation policy.

The planner is only on pages for organizations that publish a season schedule. Open your team's page and choose Start planning or Start Planning Your Season.

Sign in to save your plan

You can browse the schedule without an account. Sign in to save your plan, mark games, select hotels and attach trips. Your plan stays saved for the next time you visit.

Plan each game

Each game shows its date, whether it is home or away, and a status: Not started, Hotel selected, Booked or Not going.

1. Choose Browse hotels on a game. You see the team hotel, if your team has one, and other places to stay near the venue.
2. Choose Reserve on a room to book it now. Or select a hotel for the game to save your choice and book later.
3. When a game shows Hotel selected, choose Book. The hotel opens in a new tab with that game's dates and guests filled in.
4. Finish checkout as usual. See how to book.

When you come back to the planner tab, the game shows Booked and the trip you booked. Choose View trip to open it in My Trips.

Other things you can do

• Not going: hide a game you will skip. Choose Restore to bring it back.
• Attach existing trip: link a booking you already made to a game. If we find a trip that matches a game, we offer Link trip.
• Track prices: get emails when hotel prices for a game change. See price alerts.
• Share Schedule: copy a link to the schedule to send to other families.
• View guide: open the game guide, when your team has published one.

If you cancel a booked trip, the game no longer counts as booked, so you can book it again.
