Choosing or changing the organization you support

Each booking supports the organization whose page you book from. You choose it before you search, and it is saved with the booking when you check out.

Choosing an organization

There are two ways to reach an organization's page:

1. Use the link the organization shared with you. It opens their page, and every search and booking from there supports them.
2. Or go to the home page, select the organization from the dropdown, and select Continue.

The organization's name appears on its page and in the proceeds amount on each hotel result. Check it before you book.

Choosing a team or program

Some organizations have several teams or programs. You can pick one from the dropdown on the organization's page. If the organization has more than one, checkout also shows Choose a Program to Support. If you do not pick one, the booking usually supports the organization's General Fund.

When you are signed in, we remember the program you picked for that organization next time.

Changing it for future bookings

To support a different organization, open that organization's page, either from its link or from the home page dropdown, and book from there. Your new bookings support the new organization. Bookings you already made do not change.

Moving a booking you already made

You cannot change the organization or program on an existing booking yourself. If a booking went to the wrong organization or team, email support@justgoodtravel.com or chat with us. Include your confirmation number and the organization you meant to support. We reply Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central Time.
