Booking more than one room, and who counts as the booker or traveler

You can book up to 20 rooms in one booking. Set the number of rooms and guests before you search, because the rooms and prices you see depend on them.

Rooms and guests in your search

  • Rooms: up to 20, with at least 1 adult per room.
  • Adults: the total across all rooms, up to 6 per room.
  • Children: the total across all rooms, up to 4 per room. Enter each child's age so we find rooms that fit.

You enter totals, and the hotel spreads the guests across the rooms. For example, 3 rooms with 6 adults and 3 children is one search.

The room you choose is booked for every room in your search, all under one booking and one charge. The total at checkout covers all the rooms. To mix different room types, make a separate booking for each type.

If you already have a booking for the same dates, we ask you to confirm before you add a second room.

Booker and traveler

Checkout separates the person paying from the people staying.

  • Your Contact is you, the person making the booking. We send the confirmation email here.
  • Guests staying at the hotel are the people checking in. Names must match each guest's ID at check-in.

If you are staying at the hotel, keep I'm staying at the hotel. Use my name for the lead guest ticked. Your name fills in as the lead guest.

If you are booking for someone else, such as a parent booking for a player or a coach booking for the team, untick it. Then enter the lead guest's name. Their email and phone number are optional.

Other guests

The lead guest is the only name you must give. Choose Add another guest or Add a child to add more names. If you add a guest, enter both a first and last name. If two guests have the same name, add a middle name or initial as shown on their ID.

Enter names in Latin letters, as shown on the passport.
