Coupons and discounts

You enter a coupon or promotion code on the checkout page, before you pay. There is no way to add a code yourself after you book.

Use a code

1. On the checkout page, find Have a coupon or promotion code? in your booking details.
2. Type the code in the Coupon code box and choose Apply.
3. Check Your price summary. The coupon shows as its own line.
4. Choose Complete Booking.

You can use one code per booking. To remove a code, clear the box.

What a code can do

Most codes take money off your booking, either a percentage or a set amount. Some codes don't change your price. They add extra proceeds for the organization you support. The coupon line in your price summary says which kind you have.

After you book, the coupon appears on your trip in My Trips.

If your code doesn't work

If you see Sorry, the coupon code you entered is not valid., the code may not apply to this booking. A code can have rules, for example:

• it is only valid between certain dates
• it needs a minimum number of nights or a minimum price
• it can only be used a set number of times, in total or per person
• it is only for your first booking
• it only works for certain organizations

Check that you typed the code exactly as you received it. If it still doesn't work, ask whoever gave you the code about its rules, or email support@justgoodtravel.com.

Lower prices from some organizations

Some organizations show a lower price on every hotel instead of a coupon. You see it as Our Price, next to the price you'll see elsewhere, and checkout shows how much you're saving. You don't need a code for this.
